The first photo has GIMP Colors->Auto->White Balance and Auto->Color Enhance applied. The second picture is the actual exposure. Using a point and click, fully auto.
They look exactly the same. Isn’t it interesting how we saw that differently? Perhaps because I used to hold onto my father’s shoulders while he swam out to the last buoy in the ocean at the Jersey shore.
