Happy giveaway Monday. Here are some free things I enjoyed this week.
First up, 25 Life Hacks for Eating Better from My Fitness Pal:
I’m starting with the first 9 for breaking bad habits. I’m not willing to throw out my box of Peppermint Patty’s though, so I’ll just have to not buy more junk food. I’ll also only use them when I’m traveling, which is why I bought them in the first place. (I always buy a Peppermint Patty at a gas station on the way, so I figured getting a box of them would be a cost savings, but there are downsides to having them in the house.)
