I’ve been playing with taking macros with my small travel camera…and enjoying it!
A friend brought this bouquet. I’ve printed out the advanced user manual. It took a ream of paper and all our ink to print! But I’m slowly learning how to use it, including the macro setting.

Great shots. Which camera did you get? I just lugged my SLR across the country and it was heavy!

Sorry I wrote a whole reply but only the link survived. So I’m reposting I’m using a Panasonic DMC ZS40 which is very powerful but doesn’t have interchangeable lenses. I don’t think I’ll need them though. I’ll be doing more blog posts with it so you can see. The link I shared is an article I think you will find interesting
