Yes I agree…what is that umbrella all about?? Maybe it’s to keep the blowing sand off or maybe the water spray from the surf. I’m intrigued anyway. It sure must be difficult for him to hold it up in that wind.

It was quite odd! There was a bit of eccentricity out there. It was enjoyable people watching. 🙂
